SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our supportive community of women offers tailored workouts designed to boost strength, energy, and overall well-being. Experience the camaraderie and motivation of training alongside like-minded individuals as you navigate womanhood's unique challenges and rewards.
Build Strength, Boost Confidence with Core-Centered Conditioning.
Our hour-long class combines muscle-building exercises with targeted conditioning to improve overall fitness. Enjoy active recovery with personalized cardio, followed by core-strengthening moves for enhanced balance and stability. Relax and rejuvenate with guided meditation and breathwork.
Locations and Schedule
- Patrick Henry Rec Center Gym Outside by the basketball court. - TUES at 9:15AM 
 
- Blessed Sacrament School Gym or Big Parking Lot on the back side of the church. Go all the way to the big playground. - MON & WED at 5:30AM 
- SAT at 7:00AM 
 
All classes require registration. Feel free to schedule for multiple days in advance. You are always able to reschedule your reservation.
Equipment
- Yoga Mat 
- Resistance Band 
- Dumbell Weights (heavier and lighter set, if you have them) 
- Water 
- Sweat Towel - NOTE: If you do not have equipment, that’s ok! Jennifer will have supplies available to meet your needs.
