My mission is to empower women to lead their best lives through movement, nutrition, and holistic wellness. With years of experience in the fitness and health industry, I am dedicated to supporting women at every stage of life—helping them feel strong, confident, and energized. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned athlete, I’m here to guide and inspire you toward a healthier, more active lifestyle.

My journey began in the prenatal and postnatal fitness space over 20 years ago in Alexandria, VA. I had the privilege of working with hundreds of women, helping them move confidently and feel their best throughout pregnancy and postpartum. As I’ve evolved in my career and personal journey, my focus has expanded to supporting the unique health needs of peri- and post-menopausal women. No matter your age or stage of life, you deserve to move and live with strength, vitality, and confidence.

My journey ot health coaching began as I saw so many women challenged by feeling tired, experiencing brain fog, and feeling bloated despite exercising and trying to live healthy. Personally struggling with arthritis pain, I looked to integrative healing versus the prescription route. My passion for what I was living and learning led me to become an integrative health coach. It is here that I find so much joy in helping and empowering people to create healthier lives by eating, which heals and nurtures. Health isn’t just about exercise—it’s about balance, mental well-being, and sustainable habits that cultivate a vibrant life that works for you.

Health and wellness are part of a lifelong journey, not a destination. It’s about making daily choices that support your body, mind, and spirit.
